Refund & Returns Policy

At Snagly, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our supply chain, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on orders once they have been placed. Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, who do not accept returns. As a result, we are unable to process return requests.

Exceptions

We will offer a replacement or refund only in the following circumstances:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your order is lost in transit

If any of the above apply, please contact us at cozypawsorg@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, your order will have already been processed and we are unable to make changes.
