Refund Policy
Not satisfied with your order? You can easily return your order within 14 days, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 5 working days after we receive the return. This does not apply to the purchase of personalized products or hygiene items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Note: If you return the order after 14 days from receipt, we are not obligated to accept your return.

How to return in 3 easy steps Step 1: Contact us Contact us here or via email with the order number and which items you want to return.
Step 2: Send your order
You will receive a return label sent to the email you provided when we handle your case. Send the items along with the return form. Make sure you seal the package properly, you are responsible as the sender, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings. We charge 49 SEK for returns, which will be deducted from your order.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account within 5 working days.
How do I proceed to make a complaint about a broken product? For complaints, you are welcome to email the following information
- Subject: Your order number
- Picture: Photograph visible damages. If the damages are not visible, send a video or describe the damage in text form.
